By booking services from us or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or Website.
Services
When you visit Eliteauto-spa.com the webserver will automatically collect standard anonymous information. This information is used solely to understand how the website is used and to help improve it for the benefit of our users. This information is very simple.
- We provide auto spa services including, but not limited to, detailing, exterior wash, polishing, ceramic coatings, paint protection, interior cleaning, and related treatments.
- All services are subject to availability. Some specialized services may require advance booking or extra notice.
Appointment Booking, Deposits & Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via the Website, by phone, or in person.
- A non-refundable or partially refundable deposit may be required at time of booking for certain services. The amount and terms (refundability, transferability) will be communicated when the appointment is booked.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If cancellation or rescheduling is done with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may incur a cancellation fee (or forfeit the deposit), as communicated at booking.
Customer Obligations & Vehicle Condition
- You agree to inform us in advance of any pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical/ cosmetic issues (for example, power windows not working, battery issues, broken equipment, etc.).
- You must remove personal belongings from your vehicle before bringing it in or before the detailing starts. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
- If your vehicle has unusual dirt, stains, pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or other conditions that make servicing difficult or unsafe, additional charges may apply, or we may decline to perform some or all of the services.
Service Performance & Liability
- While we use reasonable care and skill in performing services, there may be variability in results depending on the vehicle’s condition, paint hardness, prior treatments, environmental factors, etc.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, neglected maintenance, or damage that is incidental or beyond our control.
- In the event of damage caused by gross negligence on our part, our liability is limited to the cost of repair (or if repair is not feasible, the portion of the service cost).
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless a deposit arrangement has been made.
- Accepted payment methods are cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment options, or other approved payment channels.
- For payments via card or online apps, there may be processing fees. If so, we will disclose them in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Complaints
- We aim for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion, describing the issue, so that we can inspect and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
- After 24 hours, we may not be able to offer a re-service or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are generally non-refundable except in cases where we cancel the appointment or there is a defect in scheduling.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made via the method of original payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
- All materials on the Website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are our property or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.
Privacy & Communications
- By providing your contact information (phone, email), you consent to receive communications from us, including appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and other informational messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Refusal of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including safety concerns, extenuating vehicle condition, or customer conduct.
Photos, Videos & Marketing
- If you prefer we not use images/videos of your vehicle, please notify us at or before service.
- With your consent at time of service, we may take photographs or videos of your vehicle before, during, or after service for marketing or quality control purposes. These will not be sold to third parties.
Gift Cards / Vouchers (if applicable)
- Gift cards or vouchers may have terms about validity period, non-transferability, and how they can be used. They typically cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards are usually the responsibility of the holder and may not be replaced.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
